On your Mac, organise your reminders in lists with custom colours and icons.

You can make separate lists to organise reminders into categories.

Some examples include: groceries, shopping, holiday planning, TV shows to watch, etc.

It’s easy to choose different colours and icons for each list.

How to

  1. In the Reminders app, select a list under the account you want to add the list to.
  2. Click the Add List button in the bottom-left corner.
  3. In the New List dialogue, type a name for your new reminder list.
  4. Choose a colour for your list, and an icon, or alternatively choose an emoji.
  5. Tap OK.
